Drawing attention to trends and new research is an important part of SLGE’s mission. To that end, SLGE collaborates with media outlets and related organizations to promote its research and resources. SLGE’s research has been covered by the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, National Public Radio, CNBC, Bloomberg News, Fox Business, Governing Magazine, and many other outlets. State legislators and agencies, local governments, and federal and congressional entities rely on and cite SLGE’s research regularly.

SLGE also holds events and webinars to focus on timely issues, enabling state and local governments to build capacity to attract and retain the talent they need to operate in an increasingly complex word.
