Erica is dedicated to deeply understanding people and their diverse needs in order to collaborate in developing systems and policy-based solutions. She attributes her strong sense of civic duty and passion for challenging systems of social inequity to her upbringing in Seattle, Washington as a child of immigrants. With experience working for U.S. Senator Patty Murray (D-WA), she is constantly inspired by her local community leaders who are innovative policymakers. With Lead For America, Erica works with local and tribal governments as well as civil society organizations across the country to open doors to public service for a new generation of leaders returning to serve their hometowns. Erica graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Anthropology modified with Human-Centered Design and a minor in Public Policy.
