Luisa Agathon serves as a Senior Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. There, her responsibilities include managing the City’s real estate portfolio, directing City Commission requests with various departments, and managing special projects. She joined the City of Fort Lauderdale as an International City/County Management Association (ICMA) Local Government Management Fellow.
Ms. Agathon began her public service career in the nonprofit sector. She holds a B.A. in Human Services from Queens University of Charlotte, and she earned a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
